Magic Kingdom Expansion?

Micechat has a thread going regaring leaked info on the rumored Fantasyland expansion. Seems that in addition to a copy of DCA’s Little Mermaid ride, an entire new section is going in, featuring Princess specific locations and attractions, meet and greets, a copy of Disneyland’s Pixie Hollow, and a re-theming of at least part of Mickey’s Toontown Fair into Dumbo’s Circus. Here’s a link to an image overlaying “leaked” blueprints with the existing layout of Fantasyland:

Interesting developments. I’m interested to hear if this is legit, and when it would begin/be completed.
